Why CorpID exists
Clearer internal alignment, stronger stakeholder trust and a digital presence that reflects how your company actually operates.
Rebuilt the investor deck and digital annual report around a clearer narrative, cutting review cycles by a third.
Ran workshops with 40+ department leads to align messaging before a company-wide platform rollout.
Standardized board-level presentations and one-pagers so every external meeting starts from the same facts.
Consolidated legacy microsites into one transparent practice overview, improving client navigation and trust.
Turned abstract value statements into concrete service commitments, now used in every client proposal.
Designed a repeatable internal memo format that keeps regional teams aligned on policy and tone.
We work with organizations that value clear positioning and honest communication — not just a new logo.
CorpID started as a small internal design studio with a single brief: make our own communication as clear as the systems we recommended to clients. Over the years, that brief turned into a full corporate identity platform used by enterprise teams across Australia.
Below are the stages that shaped our approach — from the first brand audit to the digital resource library we maintain today.
We interviewed 40+ employees across three departments to document how the company actually spoke to clients. The result was a plain-language value map that replaced vague mission statements with observable behaviours.
After testing two visual directions with external stakeholders, we launched a modular logo system and a navy-and-silver palette. The guidelines fit on one page — intentionally, so every team could follow them without a design degree.
We built a set of presentation templates, email signatures and meeting agendas that carried the same visual cues as our public site. Adoption reached 80% within three months, and brand consistency complaints dropped by half.
To support remote teams, we moved all brand assets into a searchable online library with version history and usage notes. This cut the time spent hunting for the correct logo from hours to under two minutes.
We published our first annual transparency report, covering how we handle client data, vendor relationships and internal decision-making. It is now a standard reference point for new hires and partner conversations.
